Our focus is set on capital for corporate expansion as well as succession planning strategies. We offer fund raising services for entrepreneurs and business leaders who plan to start, develop or grow their businesses.
Growth or development funding can be defined as the provision of capital to companies which are sound in structure but need critical financing to be able to expand and develop the existing business.
Business Angels are wealthy individuals who invest in start-up and growth companies in return for equity in the company. The investment can involve both time (work wise) and money depending upon the investor.

With our Matching-Service we can establish contacts between Corporates and Investors easily and quickly. Entrepreneurs with splendid business ideas reach experienced partners involving not only capital, manpower and know how, but who also stem the entrepreneurial risk.
Investors reach attractive investment opportunities matching to their request as to industry sector, task and yield on their injected capital.
Procedure
· Contract between client and BANE, payment of the service fee,
· After having received your completed questionaire BANE will check the content.
· When the core criteria for the BANE-Matching are fulfilled we establish a first contact between client and
investor.
· When a matching has happened a success fee has to be paid.
Core Criteria
Projects for our Matching have:
A good market and growth potential.
A good and developed product idea which has already passed the Start-up phase.
A clear perceivable and sustainable competitive advantage
A qualified Management-Team
Pricipally, we take care of projects from all sectors and in all life cicle phases. Our main focus is on corporates in early stages.
BANE-Investors are:
· Business Angels or private individuals with capital and management experience who are prepared to offer this
to the corporate,
· institutional Investors (Inkubators, Venture Capital and Private Equity Firms) and
· entrepreneurial Investors that want to invest strategically or financially.
